Our staff members are here to help our patients in achieving the best results possible and to enjoy the journey getting there. Our staff share a common value, that every patient is unique and important. We feel that by understanding the special concerns of each patient, we can make every visit to our office a rewarding and enjoyable one.We stress continuing education for our staff. By staying current with ever-changing technology and treatment procedures we are better able to serve our patients. I have the honor of being the office manager for the World's Greatest
Orthodontic Team! I began my career in orthodontics in 1977 and came to work
for Pritchard Orthodontics in June 2000. I had braces as an adult patient and
know first hand the difference a dynamic smile makes! Our staff and patients
are a very fun, second family to me and I feel blessed every day to be part of

I have been the scheduling coordinator here since January,
1979. Being at the same job for almost 29 years lets you know how much I love
doing what I do. I enjoy being able to get to know our patients family's over
the years and hearing about all the special things that go on in each of their
lives. I t has been so rewarding knowing so many patients and seeing their
smiles transform in these beautiful smiles. It has been so much fun watching
every one grow up and come back with their children. I have now seen three
generations in braces! One of our patients was in 3rd grade when he started
and his daughter is now in 3rd grade (My son in law and granddaughter - I knew
him before my daughter even knew him)!Some of the things you might find my husband Bill and I doing when we are not at work… Driving to La Center, where our daughter, son in law, and two granddaughters, 6 and 8, live. Watching soccer games, softball games, dance recitals etc… being part of their lives. Or , up at Gig Harbor where our daughter, son in law (who was also in braces and knew before my daughter knew him) and two grandsons 5 and 7 live, watching soccer games, baseball games etc… being part of their lives. Or, down in Ashland where our daughter, son in law and two granddaughters 1 and 3 live, being entertained by them. I look forward to knowing many more of you over the years…. Hi, I'm Becky Layton, treatment coordinator for Pritchard Orthodontics. I
have been working here since 1999. I meet and greet all new patients and
assist Dr. Pritchard with your first exam at our office.I love my job, meeting the new patients and getting to know them. It is very rewarding seeing their smiles dazzle at the end of treatment. It doesn't get any better than this! Come see us! Poppy Sarver Lab Technician 
Hi! I've been with Dr. Pritchard's practice since 1985. You can find me at
the Vancouver office in the lab making all those fun custom retainers. When
I'm not at work I enjoy my time with family, friends, and church. In my spare
time (what's that?) I like being outdoors or working on some creative project.Becky Willis Orthodontic Assistant 
My name is Becky Willis and I am an Orthodontic Assistant. I have been with
Dr. Pritchard since 1998. I love the open and bright look in the office and I
must mention Fresh baked cookies in the morning. I have experienced
orthodontic treatment myself and all I remember is I couldn't even close my
lips because my front four teeth were so flared out. The results made a huge
impact in my life and so I am here today impacting our patient's lives.
The day that the braces come off is a huge celebration, the look, the smile,

Hello my name is Aimee, or as the little ones call me "The Tooth Fairy." I've
been with Dr. Pritchard since I was 12. I had so much fun as a patient, that
I came back and now I've been working as an orthodontic assistant since 2004.
When I'm not wearing scrubs I love to decorate and go on vacations, camping,
and being outdoors. I also love to spend time with my family, they are my

Hi, my name is Diane Smith. I have been working in the dental/Ortho field for
over 30 years. My positions have included chair side assistant, clinical
coordinator, financial coordinator and scheduling coordinator. The field of
orthodontics has been a perfect fit for me. I love the fact that what I do in
creating beautiful smiles for people is only the beginning for them. Every
day I come to work hoping to be a bright light in someone else's life and

Hi there, my name is Sandi Mangum. I work as an orthodontic assistant with
20+ years of experience. I've been with Pritchard Orthodontics since 2004. I
chose the orthodontic field because I can make a positive impact of a person's
confidence and wellbeing. I enjoy interacting with our great patients of all
ages! My husband Jeff and I have 3 great young adult kids and we're looking

Hi, I'm Leilani Albrechtson and I've been working in the dental field since
2006. I enjoy orthodontics so much, because I've been there. I have been
that person who's been afraid to smile and be myself because I was too busy
worrying about how my teeth looked when I did smile. It is amazing to see a
person's confidence grow as their smile improves. I absolutely love it!Outside of work, I love to spend time with my favorite person ever…My husband of two years. I love to dance, go kayaking, and being outdoors enjoying God's wonderful creation. Most of all, my absolute favorite thing is roller coasters! I'm pretty sure life would be 100% greater if every town had some ginormous roller coasters. Annie Kane Orthodontic Assistant 
HI, my name is Annie Kane and I have been in the orthodontic field for 4 years
as an assistant. I'm married and have two girls age 2 years and 6 months. I
love working in orthodontics because I love to see the changes in our patient's teeth
and the smiles on their faces. On my down time, my husband and I enjoy taking
our ATV's to the beach and camping.
Cody Strong Graphic Designer 
Hi, my name is Cody Strong. I have been working for Dr. Pritchard as a
graphic designer since March of 2006. I spend most of my time in the back
making newspaper ads and those contest posters you see around the office. The
office of Dr. Pritchard is both fun and friendly and is great place to work.
I don't think I've ever seen any of the staff in a bad mood.When I'm not at work I go to school, as a senior at Battle Ground High School. When I'm not doing either of those two things I enjoy taking pictures, snowboarding, playing music, and spending time with my friends and family. | |
